Returns & one-year warranty

30-day change-of-mind returns

You can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery:

• Email hello@limitium.art for an RMA number.
• Ship the item back in its original packaging; buyer pays return postage.
• Once inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

1-year warranty

Products are covered for 365 days against defects or failure during normal use:

• Email photos or a short video showing the issue.
• We’ll ship a replacement part or a complete replacement at our cost when appropriate.
• If we need the failed item for analysis, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification is not covered. Contact us anyway—we may be able to help with spare parts or repair options.
