Refund & dispute policy

Within the warranty period: If a product fails under normal use, we’ll replace or refund. Email photos and your order ID; we aim to resolve within 5 business days.

Damaged or defective on arrival: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping or send a replacement promptly.

Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll reship or refund in full.

We aim to resolve payment-card disputes within 10 business days. Please email us first; chargebacks opened without prior contact may slow resolution.
